Visionary. Builder. Entrepreneur.

Darren Browne is a British entrepreneur and the Founder & Executive Chair of Lagonda Studios - a global studio development company that brings world-class film, TV, sport, and cultural facilities to life for landowners, developers, and operators worldwide.

Darren conceived and co-founded Shinfield Studios in Berkshire on behalf of the University of Reading - one of the UK's most significant film and TV studio developments. He previously founded and led Servoca Plc, a publicly listed outsourcing company, and served as Managing Director of Hays Technology.

Through Lagonda, Darren has delivered and developed several landmark projects including film studios in Ireland, Elstree in England, and an FX Stage in Abu Dhabi, as well as the Thames Valley Science Park National Collections Campus - housing collections, research, and digitisation facilities for the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew Herbarium, the Natural History Museum Research & Digitisation Centre, and the British Museum Archaeological Research Collection.

Alongside his commercial work, Darren brings a four-generation bloodstock heritage to Abu Dhabi Equine, rooted in his great uncle Nicholas Browne's Loughtown Stud in Donadea, Co. Kildare - a legacy that continues today through Browne Brothers Bloodstock in Kells. He has a strong interest in applying artificial intelligence and data-led insight to bloodstock and clinical decision-making. Based primarily in Abu Dhabi, Darren serves as a Trustee of Autism Berkshire, a Governor of the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, and is a keen supporter of Autism in Racing.
